Ovarian cancer: another victory for Johnson & Johnson

Sentenced to pay millions to a woman who blamed the company after developing ovarian cancer, the American giant Johnson & Johnson has won a battle, a second this week.

The California Superior Court on Friday ruled in favor of Johnson & Johnson by quashing US $ 417 million in damages and ordering a new trial, the judge finding that the plaintiff’s arguments were not quite convincing.
